Jeff Schervone is the Managing Member of Schervone Law, licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

During his legal career, Jeff served as coverage and monitoring counsel for domestic and international insurers, he managed nationwide claims in EPLI, D&O, E&O, construction defects, architects & engineers and other professional liability insurance programs. He also served as senior lead litigation and monitoring counsel for clients in state and federal courts in commercial and civil litigation matters, including coverage disputes, creditor’s rights, contested foreclosures, collections, product liability, secured transactions, and commercial transportation.

Jeff has represented insurers and employers in employment law matters including wage and hour, Title VII, New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination, sexual harassment, WARN Act, ADA, ADEA.  Jeff also represented clients in matters including commercial business disputes, premises liability, personal injury, commercial transportation, foreclosures, legal malpractice, construction defects, collections, real estate litigation, equipment financing, defense of federal FDCPA and FCRA claims, patent infringement, mechanics' liens, and pro bono matters.

Leadership and Volunteering

Jeff handles cases on behalf of active-duty U.S. Servicemembers for the ABA Military Pro Bono Project.

Jeff serves as an Arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, appointed in November 2014.

Jeff serves on the Board of South Jersey Innovation Center, a New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeff worked in the construction industry as a manager of electrical construction material sales, and from 1990 to 1994, Jeff was an electrical engineer and contracts manager for Israel Aerospace Industries, MALAT UAV plant located in Lod, Israel.

Admissions and Memberships

Jeff is admitted in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.


Jeff received a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, Camden, New Jersey in 2003, and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1990.
